This chamber is designed to provide controlled temperature variations ranging from -50ºC to +80ºC to a fiber optic cable sample.
The chamber is manufactured from non-rusting metal and features double walled insulated construction throughout. The chamber is designed with a full width front access doorwidth positive seal and latching mechanism. The chamber is able to support up to 500lbs. of sample material inside. The sample ends maybe extended out of the chamber by using the sealed access ports on the side of the chamber.
The temperature inside the chamber is controlled by a solid state temperature controller that maybe programmed to cycle the temperature inside the chamber as per detailed test specifications. The controller allows for operator programming of ramp and soak conditions of the test cycle.
